نحن نبحث عن طبيب عام مفعم بالحماس ولديه خبرة واهتمام قوي بـالجراحة العامة للانضمام إلى منشأة رعاية صحية رائدة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. الدور يشمل إدارة حالات الجراحة الأساسية، ودعم إجراءات جراحية بسيطة، ومساعدة فريق الجراحة في بيئة إكلينيكية ديناميكية.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
- تقديم خدمات الرعاية الصحية الأولية الشاملة
- تقييم وتشخيص وإدارة حالات الجراحة العامة والحالات الحادة
- إجراء إجراءات جراحية بسيطة (وفق الكفاءة)
- مساعدة الاستشاريين والمتخصصين في الحالات الجراحية
- إدارة رعاية المرضى قبل الجراحة وبعدها
- تقديم الرعاية الطارئة والتقييمات الجراحية الأولية
- الحفاظ على وثائق سريرية دقيقة
- ضمان الالتزام بالبروتوكولات السريرية ومعايير سلامة المرضى
Job description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Practitioner with a strong interest in General Surgery to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves managing primary surgical cases, supporting minor surgical procedures, and assisting the surgical team in a dynamic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services
- Assess, diagnose, and manage general surgical and acute cases
- Perform minor surgical procedures (as per competency)
- Assist consultants and specialists in surgical cases
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Provide emergency care and initial surgical assessments
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
