لمعايير الشركة وأنظمة الإدارة، بما في ذلك ضمان الجودة، ISO، إدارة المخاطر، ISMS، ومتطلبات التحسين المستمر. الترويج والالتزام بالسلامة والصحة والامتثال التنظيمي من خلال تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة التدريبية وفقاً

·يجب أن يكون لديه شهادة منهجية التدريب (Train the Trainer)

·خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الهندسة ويفضل سنة في مجال التدريب والتطوير

Job description
Plan, organize, and deliver training programs, including
preparing training materials, equipment, and resources to ensure effective
learning.
Lead, coach, assess, and certify trainees by evaluating
their performance and providing guidance to support competency development. Maintain
and continuously improve training resources, courses, and delivery methods to enhance training effectiveness and quality. Ensure compliance with
company standards and management systems, including Quality Assurance, ISO,
Risk Management, ISMS, and continual improvement requirements. Promote and enforce health, safety, and
regulatory compliance by conducting all training activities in accordance
with company policies and safety regulations.RequirementsMaster
or at least Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Certification (Train of The Trainer)
·The candidate should be a bilingual (English
and Arabic)speaker & writer
·At least 5 years of experience in
engineering and ideally 1 year in training and development area
