Primary Purpose of the Job
Ensure that permit applications and approval process for the Consolidated Permit to Work (eCPW)/Permit to Work (PTW) in the Industrial Cities Common Areas is adhered to by all parties and conducted with no undue delays.
Administer all permit applications and approval process is effective and all records of permit records are kept.
Required Experience and Skills- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative / secretarial works. (civil operational/ technical related field preferably within the oil & gas or petrochemical industries)
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory, industry and plant specific requirements for authorization to work and safe work permits.
- Excellent written and oral English language skills.
- Excellent administrative and communication skills.
- Strong computer competency and related skills
Educational QualificationsAn approved safety qualification from an internationally recognized education institutions will be an advantage.
