1- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems in the hospitality sector, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment, to ensure efficient and continuous operation.
2- Monitor and maintain building facilities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and to provide comfort for users in line with hospitality requirements.
3- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to carry out repairs, inspections, and upgrades of infrastructure and equipment.
4- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity.
5- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports.
6- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned that are related to the nature of the job.
Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building/Facilities Engineering.
- Professional certifications in Facilities Management (FM) or HVAC systems are preferred.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and engineering software.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3–10 years of experience in building maintenance or the hospitality sector.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Proven ability to manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities efficiently.
- Experience in supervising technical teams and coordinating with contractors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
