Role Overview


The Digital Presence Intern will support our marketing and branding team in building and maintaining a strong, consistent, and professional digital footprint for Madre Integrated Engineering across social media, websites, and digital platforms.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, branding, social media strategy, and digital analytics.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media & Content


  • Assist in planning and creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Draft captions, posts, and basic content calendars
  • Support event coverage (reels, posts, highlights) and corporate announcements
  • Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and messaging

Design & Visual Support


  • Assist in creating simple creatives using tools like Canva / Adobe (optional)
  • Coordinate with designers for posters, banners, and digital campaigns

Digital Marketing & Growth


  • Support engagement activities (comments, messages, audience interaction)
  • Monitor follower growth, reach, and engagement metrics
  • Assist with SEO basics and website content updates (if required)

Analytics & Reporting


  • Prepare simple weekly/monthly social media performance reports
  • Track campaign results and audience behavior

Branding & Coordination


  • Work closely with HR, operations, and leadership teams for internal & external communications
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related fields
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and branding
  • Good written communication skills in English
