We are seeking a driven and professional PRO Executive to join our team in Qatar. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory and corporate documentation to relevant government authorities in Qatar.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required information and ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions.
- Monitor deadlines for licenses, permits, visas, approvals, and other regulatory requirements; initiate follow-ups as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for government agencies, handling inquiries and providing timely responses.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for compliance-related documents.
- Assist in drafting standard correspondence, letters, and memoranda to support regulatory communications.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce processing times, and enhance compliance controls.
- Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements affecting the company and communicate impacts to relevant teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related discipline).
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an internship program; open to candidates seeking hands-on experience in government relations.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and administrative processes within Qatar; prior internship or coursework in government affairs is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems.
