Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Immigration Consultant to provide professional guidance and support to individuals and businesses navigating immigration processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in immigration laws, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering accurate, ethical, and timely services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ eligibility for immigration, visa, work permit, study permit, and permanent residency programs
- Provide clear advice on immigration options, procedures, and legal requirements
- Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with current immigration laws, regulations, and policies
- Communicate with government authorities and relevant agencies as needed
- Maintain accurate client records and case files
- Monitor application progress and update clients on status and next steps
- Stay informed about changes in immigration legislation and programs
- Provide professional, ethical, and confidential client service at all times
Skills
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, international relations, business, or a related field (preferred)
- Certification, registration, or licensing as an Immigration Consultant (as required by jurisdiction)
- Proven experience handling immigration or visa cases
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Client-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
