Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station at all times
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Follow health, safety, and food handling standards
• Collaborate with service and shisha teams to ensure smooth operations
• Provide friendly, professional service to all guests

Requirements:

• Must be currently based in Doha, Qatar
• Previous experience as a Barista in a café or coffee shop
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso-based drinks
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
