Role Overview The Operations Engineer (L2) will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure across multiple platforms. This role focuses on incident handling, access management, cloud operations, and ensuring platform stability through proactive and reactive support.
Key Responsibilities Provide L2 infrastructure support across Azure, GCP, and OCI environments. Create and manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions. Support Virtual Desktop environments (AVD) including password resets, session issues, and VM reboots. Perform renewal and management of secrets and SSL certificates. Conduct incident analysis and basic remediation, including:System and service restarts Grafana dashboard adjustments Cache clearing and configuration updates in Cloudflare Manage and update error pages and maintenance pages in Cloudflare. Collaborate with L3 teams for escalations and root cause analysis. Ensure adherence to operational procedures, security standards, and SLAs. Required Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure operations. Hands-on experience with Azure, GCP, and/or OCI. Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts. Experience supporting virtual desktop environments (AVD preferred). Familiarity with Cloudflare, including caching and page management. Working knowledge of Grafana dashboards and basic monitoring adjustments. Understanding of SSL certificates and secrets management. Strong troubleshooting and incident-handling skills. Good to Have Exposure to ITIL-based incident management processes. Basic scripting or automation knowledge. Experience working in 24/7 operational environments.
