We’re seeking an experienced Level 2 Network Engineer to provide advanced technical support and service assurance across a wide range of wired and wireless telecom products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and application issues.
- Configure and support routers, switches, and related devices.
- Review and action incidents and requests escalated from Level 1 support.
- Provide remote support to customers and onsite engineers.
- Collaborate with vendors and escalation teams for complex issues.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL standards and change management practices.
Skills
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MPLS, VPNs, and IP network troubleshooting.
- Experience with multi-vendor telecom equipment.
- Familiarity with ITIL, configuration management, and service assurance.
