Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft applications.
- Support operational tasks and coordinate with different departments.
- Maintain organized records and files.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
