Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in administrative support, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and excellent customer service skills. Basic accounting knowledge is a plus. We are looking for someone with a pleasing personality, bi-lingual (optional)/ proficient in English (spoken and written) and experience in operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft applications.
  • Support operational tasks and coordinate with different departments.
  • Maintain organized records and files.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
  • Bi-lingual / proficient in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
