· Manage the day-to-day operations of Enterprise and SaaS network infrastructure
· Monitor reliability of the network infrastructure and anticipate problems before they occur
· Monitor and manage network utilization and performance
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network related issues, provide quick resolution to problems and participate in finding root causes of issues and may work on action items to prevent future occurrences.
· Communicate and coordinate maintenance schedule and downtime to users
Skills
· Install and configure LAN and WAN devices
· Help architect and implement network solutions that meet or exceed our internal and external customers' SLAs and expectations
· Be organized and be able to prioritize tasks
· Stay current on network technologies
· Provide 24/7 on-call support as required for all network and technical issues
· IT team projects as assigned
· CCNA minimum, CCNP preferred
· Relevant previous experience (SaaS environment experience a plus)
· Experience with Configuring and Troubleshooting Routing BGP, EIGRP, OSPF
· Experience with Configuring and Troubleshooting Switching VLANs, VTP, STP, HSRP, QoS
· Experience with Configuring and Troubleshooting Cisco ASAs & VPNs
· Experience with F5 Load Balancers preferred
· Troubleshooting MPLS circuits (Layer 2 & Layer 3)
· Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Advanced training and certifications in Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls and F5 Load Balancers
Any other required tasks
