  • Represent client's interests by effectively identifying and communicating business goals and objectives, contractual and non-contractual expectations, deliverables, and other factors to internal team members.
  • Manage and plan regular client account calls, conduct meetings and presentations with pre-decided agendas, and oversee timely delivery of important reports.
  • Discuss the doubts put forth by the clients to help them better and maintain a consistent client experience by assisting other employees working on the account of the same client.
  • Maintain client relationships by managing their accounts and helping them achieve their long-term and short-term goals while contributing to the company's goals as well.
