Responsibilities
Technical Support for Field Technicians
Evaluate requests and assign to the relevant field Technician
Manage the efficiency of Field Technician pool
Support field Technicians to complete their assigned tasks
Review the progress of work and take appropriate actions to complete the tasks as per OLA’s
Prepare standard operations procedures for field technicians
Study the request and determine the action required by the field technicians
Maintain records of all tasks, technician reports and submit monthly report to supervisor
Make use of Network Management Systems like Huawei U2000 to track KPI’s and generate reports
Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance activities
Skills
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience, out of which 2 years as supervisor of technician pool
Degree in Engineering or Science
Industry certifications
Basic knowledge of Transmission, Management Systems and Access Networks
