HR Payroll Officer

  • Process payrolls for approximately 2500 – 3000 employees within the required the time frame.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, tax regulations and company policies.
  • Generate and submit payroll reports to the line manager.
  • Provide employees with information regarding their pay, leave entitlement and deductions. Prepare payslips as requested by the employee.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
  • Update payroll data for current employees such as new hires, termination, promotions and changes in compensation or benefits.
  • Determine monthly salaries through work hours and leave days
  • Calculation of end of service including annual leave as per the calendar year.
  • Other duties as directed by the HR.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Previous experience in payroll (3-5 years)
  • Locally available in Qatar is mandatory
  • Knowledge of payroll software and ERP systems
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and WPS
  • Ability to meet regular deadlines
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
  • Has prior experience in handling payroll
  • Be able to use your personal and problem-solving skills to manage and work collaboratively through conflict and resolution
