- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

- Experience with budgeting in construction projects.

- Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to identify cost-effective methods.

- Prepare cost comEnsure that all drawings written in RFP's s are correct.

- Review design scope criteria and quantities for completeness and coordinates reasonably with the project to develop additional estimating. bases when information is incomplete..

- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).

Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering Or Quantity Surveying Engineering

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction or contracting company.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, GIS, or related tools.
