- Prepare and analyze HR reports, including workforce planning, headcount, and project-related data.
- Coordinate and monitor workforce demobilization plans in alignment with project timelines.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure staffing requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate employee records and track personnel movements across projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to address HR needs and provide timely updates on demobilization plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in construction or project-based industries.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and working with HR systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
