Job Description: Quality Management Officer (Temporary Contract)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Quality Management Officer on a temporary contract who MUST be residing in Qatar with a valid residency - to enhance and streamline our corporate services. The role involves developing procedures, mapping processes, and creating a comprehensive service catalog for key departments, including Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, General Services, HR, and IT Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document detailed procedures for corporate service departments
- Map and analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop a unified and user-friendly service catalog covering all corporate services
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment and consistency across procedures
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
- Provide training and support to staff on newly developed processes and documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality management, process mapping, or a related role
- Strong understanding of corporate services and their operational workflows
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in process design tools and documentation software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a temporary contract
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Quality Management, Process Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO Certification) is a plus
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or business process mapping
- Experience in corporate services or related industries is highly desirable
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of corporate services and operational workflows
- Proficiency in process design tools and documentation software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001)
