Payroll Executive

This role independently applies expertise in managing accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and contributing to the achievement of the Business Unit's short- to medium-term objectives through efficient payroll administration.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a payroll processing environment or related field, with knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Good understanding of payroll software and tools (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with employees and resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information securely.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues efficiently.
