This role independently applies expertise in managing accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and contributing to the achievement of the Business Unit's short- to medium-term objectives through efficient payroll administration.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a payroll processing environment or related field, with knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Good understanding of payroll software and tools (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with employees and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information securely.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues efficiently.
