• Clear understanding of all product lines or across model lineups including Toyota & Lexus vehicles and New models in advance as per TMC standards to perform Pre-Delivery Inspection of the vehicles to avoid any complications at later stage while customer is using the vehicle.


• Clear understanding on the final quality check requirement of new vehicles fitted with accessories. Create a Final QC checklist to be used in performing final quality check. Ensure continuous update on the Final QC checklist based on customer feedback and additional requirements.


• Inspect accessory installation processes to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and work instructions. Verify that installed accessories meet quality benchmarks and customer expectations.


• Conduct routine inspections at various stages of the installation process. Monitor installation processes for efficiency and adherence to quality guidelines. Document observations and report non-conformities to Technical In-Charge.


• Identify defects or installation errors and recommend corrective actions. Work with installation teams to resolve issues promptly aEnsure tools and equipment used for accessory installation are maintained, calibrated, and meet operational requirements.

• Ensure all the functional parts of vehicles are in the right condition after accessory installation as per manufacturing standards, any malfunction should be noticed and rectified to the standard level.


• Maintain detailed records of inspection results, defects, and corrective actions. Prepare quality control reports and communicate findings to Technical In-Charge


• Train accessory technicians on quality standards, proper techniques, and safety guidelines. Ensure adherence to internal quality policies and TMC standards.


• Ensure tools and equipment used for accessory installation are maintained, calibrated, and meet operational requirements.


• Keeping up to date the technical knowledge by attending available level of training regarding on new line ups with advance technological innovations.

• Attention to detail for vehicle condition and Quality Control 


• Skilled in Car Accessories and Installation 


• Minimum 5 years of working experience  in similar role.


• Diploma Degree in Auto Electrical/ Mechanical
