Job Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer specializing in Applied HVAC systems to join our ENIM team. This sales-focused role drives revenue growth for our large-scale HVAC solutions by understanding customer needs, promoting our technical capabilities, and closing profitable contracts for complex HVAC projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and assessing project potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct site visits and consultations to understand customer HVAC requirements.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored solutions using ENIM's applied HVAC systems.
  • Articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of our applied HVAC offerings.
  • Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring favourable terms and maximizing profitability.
  • Manage existing accounts, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.



Skills

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, achieving or exceeding sales targets (preferably in HVAC).
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of applied HVAC systems, components, and control systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (English and Arabic preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills for analyzing project costs and preparing competitive bids.
  • Effective networking skills and ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach and strong work ethic.
