Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials. Record any cannibalization from a stock item to fulfill the emergency.

Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders in terms of the quality including dimension, as per drawing of the products to ensure timely delivery to customers.

Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications; report any discrepancies or damages.

Ensure materials are stored in designated locations, optimizing warehouse space, and facilitating easy access for retrieval.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory transactions, such as receipts, shipments, preservation, and shelf life of the preserved items.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies governing the handling and storage of materials.


Skills

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.

- API 510. - Certified API 510 Pressure Vessel inspectors must have a broad knowledge base relating to maintenance, inspection, repair, and alteration of pressure vessels.

- API-570 - API 570 covers inspection, rating, repair, and alteration procedures for metallic and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) piping systems and their associated pressure relieving devices that have been placed in service.

4-6 Years Experience

-ASTM Experience - American Society for Testing and Materials. An international standards organization that develops and publishes voluntary consensus technical standards for a wide range of materials, products, systems, and services.

Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: - Knowledge of 3PL & 4PL, Oil & Gas, Warehousing at principal companies - knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations and transportation systems - Knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health practices.
