Objective:

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager who excels in the Qatari market, with a deep understanding of business dynamics and customer engagement. The candidate should be proficient in Arabic, English and capable of leading our sales efforts to new heights.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to qualification, closing, and post-sale client care.
  2. Source, identify, meet, and qualify potential sales opportunities.
  3. Actively pursue new sales leads through calls, cold outreach, direct emails, networking, and social media to successfully close deals with prospects.
  4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through consistent communication and proactive support to drive long-term business growth.
  5. Prepare and draft compelling sales offers and tailored proposals to attract and secure new clients.
  6. Manage monthly invoicing for clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  7. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  8. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline plan to accurately forecast annual sales revenue.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales metrics, including monthly results and annual forecasts.
  10. Prepare comprehensive sales and market information reports to inform data-driven decisions.

Skills

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in sales management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, ideally within a related field.
  3. Demonstrated track record of previous sales success and market expansion.
  4. Must be fluent in Arabic & English.
  5. Extensive knowledge of the Qatari market with proven ability to navigate its unique challenges and opportunities.
  6. Expertise in strategic planning and execution of sales strategies.
  7. Proficiency in ClickUp and Microsoft Office, with demonstrated ability to use both effectively for task management and productivity.
  8. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate discussions.
  9. Able to provide outstanding customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
