Objective:
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager who excels in the Qatari market, with a deep understanding of business dynamics and customer engagement. The candidate should be proficient in Arabic, English and capable of leading our sales efforts to new heights.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to qualification, closing, and post-sale client care.
- Source, identify, meet, and qualify potential sales opportunities.
- Actively pursue new sales leads through calls, cold outreach, direct emails, networking, and social media to successfully close deals with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through consistent communication and proactive support to drive long-term business growth.
- Prepare and draft compelling sales offers and tailored proposals to attract and secure new clients.
- Manage monthly invoicing for clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline plan to accurately forecast annual sales revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, including monthly results and annual forecasts.
- Prepare comprehensive sales and market information reports to inform data-driven decisions.
Skills
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in sales management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, ideally within a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of previous sales success and market expansion.
- Must be fluent in Arabic & English.
- Extensive knowledge of the Qatari market with proven ability to navigate its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Expertise in strategic planning and execution of sales strategies.
- Proficiency in ClickUp and Microsoft Office, with demonstrated ability to use both effectively for task management and productivity.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate discussions.
- Able to provide outstanding customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
