Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and travel regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple client requests simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering great service
- Familiarity with travel software and booking tools
