Objective:
Seeking an experienced professional to design and deliver technical training programs for the after-sales team. This role emphasizes skill development, knowledge transfer, and compliance with brand and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Training Facilitation
- Deliver technical training sessions aligned with brand guidelines and company policies.
- Coordinate training schedules with workshop management to balance training needs with operational efficiency.
- Ensure training programs reflect the latest updates provided by brand, maintaining alignment with brand standards.
- Monitor and report on employee attendance and completion of required courses.
Preparation and Organization
- Arrange all necessary materials, facilities, and equipment for scheduled training sessions.
- Prepare training handouts, tools, and other resources to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to plan training well in advance.
Quality Assurance and Evaluation
- Assess trainee performance and understanding through practical evaluations, tests, and questionnaires.
- Provide feedback to management regarding training outcomes and trainee progress.
- Support employees in completing certifications, including scheduling external exams.
Workshop and Service Support
- Assist workshop and service teams in achieving performance goals by providing technical guidance and recommendations.
- Coach service advisors on developing technical and non-technical skills.
- Diagnose complex vehicle issues when required and support service operations during non-training periods.
- Recommend training initiatives based on workshop feedback and evolving needs.
Additional Duties
- Participate in ad hoc assignments as requested by management.
- Provide temporary support for workshop management during absences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot challenges and improve team outcomes.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Certified in training methodologies and relevant dealer standards.
Experience:
- At least five years in the automotive industry, preferably within a dealership or service center.
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging, impactful training sessions.
- Deep knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry standards.
- Effective planning, organization, and administrative capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop employees across varying levels.
