Agricultural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day farm operations, ensuring the effective management of crops, animals, and resources.
- Develop and implement innovative farming techniques and sustainable practices.
- Manage staff and ensure safety and productivity across all farming activities.
- Monitor and maintain farm equipment, infrastructure, and resources.
- Conduct regular assessments to improve crop yields and animal health.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in farm management or as an Agricultural Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural best practices, crop management, and livestock care.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or related field preferred.
