  • Conduct research and identify potential clients in the web development and mobile application industries.

  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, while ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaborate with the web development and mobile application teams to provide clients with customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of sales representatives and driving revenue growth by selling software products and services to businesses and individuals.
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets, including identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals.
  • Building and managing a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating sales representatives.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with customers, with the goal of maximizing revenue and profitability.
  • The specific skills and qualifications required for a SaaS Sales Manager job will depend on the role and level of experience but typically include a track record of sales success, experience managing and motivating sales teams, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with sales tools and technologies such as CRM software and sales automation tools.
