Job Summary
- The Artistic Coordinator orchestrates the artistic direction and production elements, ensuring seamless integration of performances and events. They collaborate with performers, artists, and production teams to deliver captivating and memorable entertainment experiences. Additionally, they oversee scheduling, logistics, and adherence to creative vision, enhancing the overall entertainment quality.
Job Responsibilities 1
- Define and maintain the artistic vision for performances and events, ensuring alignment with the venue's brand and audience expectations.
- Recruit, select, and contract performers, artists, and production teams, negotiating terms and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Coordinate schedules, rehearsals, and production timelines to ensure smooth execution of artistic projects and events.
- Collaborate with artists, performers, designers, and other creative professionals to develop concepts, themes, and content for entertainment programs.
- Manage budgets for artistic projects and events, tracking expenses, and optimizing resources to achieve desired artistic outcomes within financial constraints.
- Liaise with technical teams to oversee set design, lighting, sound, and other production elements, ensuring they align with the artistic vision.
- Maintain high standards of artistic excellence and professionalism in performances and events, conducting regular evaluations and providing feedback for improvement.
- Work with marketing teams to promote artistic events through various channels, including social media, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging experiences for audiences through innovative programming, interactive elements, and audience participation opportunities.
- Evaluate the success of artistic projects and events, analyzing audience feedback, attendance figures, and financial performance, and providing reports to stakeholders for decision-making purposes.

Ability to conceptualize and articulate a clear artistic vision for performances and events, incorporating knowledge of artistic styles, trends, and audience preferences.
Knowledge of event planning and management principles, including scheduling, logistics, budgeting, and coordination, to ensure the successful execution of artistic projects.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with artists, performers, designers, and production teams, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Understanding of technical aspects of production, such as lighting, sound, set design, and stage management, to coordinate technical elements and ensure they complement the artistic vision.
Strong problem-solving skills to anticipate and address challenges that may arise during the planning and execution of artistic projects, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
