About the role
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of all Dining Services locations, by establishing and maintaining excellent client relationship, ensuring professional services, overseeing staff training and development; and motivating staff to deliver highest productivity and quality at all time. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed without deviation. Contribute to achieve financial targets as stipulated by budget.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overall management of operations in all Dining Services locations that are managed by QACC
· Ensure that services provided are in full compliance with customer specifications and up to pre-set standards.
· Establish and maintain good working relationship with all customers.
· Ensure a good company image and professionalism at all designated locations.
· Anticipate changing environment and work requirements, provide forecast and analysis with all measures that need to be taken to improve the overall performance of Dining Services operations.
· Comply strictly at all times with Governmental and regulatory procedures and requirements.
· Implement and reinforce policies and procedures pertaining to QACC & QR Group. Suggest and recommend positive updates when and if required.
· Interact with other divisions, subsidiaries and internal departments of QACC for feedback and regular communication to ensure effective change management.
· Contribute to achieve financial targets for each profit center, while implementing profitability enhancement measures such as a la carte (Qafe) expansion. Suggest and recommend where necessary, adjustment to budget with the focus on potential savings and revenue opportunit
