Key aspects of the role include:

• Review and evaluate compliance-related issues within the company.
• Assist in monitoring and assessing the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes and systems.
• Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and assist in the development and execution of compliance monitoring programs.
• Prepare and present compliance-related reports.

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or similar. Professional certifications in compliance are highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Compliance Officer or similar in a reputed law firm.
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
