- Expanding and developing new brands and products apart from the existing ones.
- Responsible for brand expansion and client base expansion through consistent networking and marketing strategies.
- Identify and prioritize potential customers and market segments for the new products through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Responsible for additional business prospects with established clients, plan strategic brand-building events to expand product portfolio, identify potential clients and build rapport to produce partnership.
- Generate new accounts by implementing effective networking and content marketing strategies, manage budget forecasting goal setting and performance reporting for accounts, deliver performance updates quarterly business reviews and planning meetings.
- Meet various consultants and work on the upcoming projects.
- Must work with consultants for product approvals.
- Visiting potential clients, establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements

- Providing pre-sales technical assistance including but not limited to material submittal etc.
- Conduct thorough market research using various methods such as surveys, interviews, and data analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Analyze consumer demographics, preferences, and purchasing behaviors to understand market demand and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to assess their impact on our business and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations based on market analysis findings to inform senior management and key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in market analysis and apply them to enhance our analytical capabilities and competitive advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
- Must have excellent knowledge in MEP Product lines like HVAC & Plumbing.
- Must have excellent knowledge and command in steam system network and hot water system network.
- Must attend expos and seminars related to the industry.
- Must provide a Valid Qatar Driving License
