مهندس مراقبة مشاريع
الهدف من الوظيفة
يدعم مهندس مراقبة المشاريع مهندس مراقبة المشاريع أول في تخطيط ومراقبة والتحكم في تكلفة المشروع، والجدول الزمني، وأداء التقدم عبر المشاريع الكبرى، مما يضمن التوافق مع الالتزامات التعاقدية، وأهداف المشروع، ومعايير الشركة. وتساعد هذه الوظيفة في تحليل الجداول الزمنية للمشروع، والتوقعات، وتقارير التقدم، مما يتيح التتبع الدقيق لأداء المشروع ويدعم اتخاذ القرارات السليمة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
أنظمة الإدارة
· المعرفة بأنظمة الإدارة المكتملة لشركة قافكو (الجودة، البيئة، الصحة والسلامة المهنية، الرعاية المسؤولة، أنظمة إدارة الطاقة وإدارة المنتجات الخاصة بـ IFA)
· الامتثال لجميع السياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة بأنظمة الإدارة المكتملة لشركة قافكو
ضمان إعطاء الأولوية القصوى لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة (HSEQ) الخاصة بقافكو والمشروع وتطبيقها بفعالية في الأنشطة اليومية للمشروع.
تخطيط المشروع وجدولته
ضمان قيام المقاول بإنشاء وصيانة الجداول الزمنية للمشروع التي تغطي مراحل الهندسة والشراء والإنشاء والتكليف والتسليم بالامتثال الكامل لمتطلبات عقد EPCC.
الإشراف على أداء مقاول EPCC في تحليل المسار الحرجة، وإدارة الفترات الاحتياطية، وتحسين الجدول الزمني لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد لمعالم المشروع.
التنسيق مع رؤساء التخصصات والمقاولين لضمان محاذاة الجداول التفصيلية مع الجدول الزمني العام للمشروع.
قيادة إعداد الجداول الزمنية الأساسية، بما في ذلك تحميل الموارد.
مراقبة التقدم مقابل الجداول الأساسية والمتوقعة، وتحديد التأخيرات والتوصية بخطط الاستدراك.
تطبيق وإدارة أدوات التخطيط وضمان الاستخدام المتسق عبر جميع أصحاب المصلحة.
مراقبة التقدم وإعداد التقارير
تتبع وإعداد تقارير عن التقدم الفعلي، والقيمة المكتسبة، وأداء الجدول الزمني.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير التقدم الأسبوعية/الشهرية، ولوحات المعلومات، والملخصات التنفيذية للإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة.
التنسيق مع المقاولين لمراجعة وتقييم تقارير التقدم الشهرية والتحديثات.
دعم إعداد العروض التقديمية للجنة التوجيهية، مع تسليط الضوء على المخاطر الرئيسية والإنجازات والانحرافات.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة وقابلة للتدقيق لبيانات التخطيط ومقاييس التقدم واتجاهات الأداء.
تخطيط التكاليف والموارد
ضمان قيام مقاول EPCC بإنشاء الرسوم البيانية للموارد، وخطط القوى العاملة، وتتبع الإنتاجية.
المساعدة في التنبؤ بآثار التكلفة الناتجة عن تغييرات الجدول الزمني والتأخيرات.
تقديم المدخلات لتخطيط الميزانية، وتوقعات التدفقات النقدية، ومراقبة التكاليف
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (الميكانيكية، الكيميائية، أو تخصص ذات صلة).
يُفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية في إدارة المشاريع أو التحكم فيها (مثل PMP، CCP).
خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مراقبة المشاريع ضمن المشاريع الكبرى، ويفضل أن تكون في مصانع الأسمدة أو البتروكيماويات.
خبرة مثبتة في تخطيط وتنسيق الأنشطة المتكاملة للمعدات الميدانية البرية.
ما لا يقل عن 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في المشاريع ضخمة Sub-scale (EPCC أو ما شابه).
المهارات والكفاءات:
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة).
مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين والتنظيم.
مهارات متقدمة في استخدام الحاسوب وإتقان حزمة Microsoft Office.
الدراية ببرامج مراقبة المشاريع (مثل Primavera P6، MS Project) تعد ميزة إضافية.

Project Control Engineer
JOB PURPOSE
The Project Control Engineer supports the Senior Project Control Engineer in planning, monitoring, and controlling Project cost, schedule, and progress performance across Major Projects, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, Project objectives, and Company standards. The role assists in analyzing Project schedules, forecasts, and progress reports, enabling accurate tracking of Project performance and supporting informed decision-making.
In addition, the role-holder is responsible for promoting, adhering to, and ensuring compliance with QAFCO's Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, Energy, and Quality management systems and standards, while coordinating effectively with other Project Team members to ensure successful Project delivery.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Management Systems
· Awareness of QAFCO Integrated Management Systems (Quality; Environment; Occupational Health & Safety; Responsible Care; & Energy Management Systems and IFA Product Stewardship)
· Comply with all the relevant policies and procedures of QAFCO Integrated Management Systems
Ensure that QAFCO and Project HSEQ requirements take the highest priority and actively implemented in Project day-to- day activities.
Project Planning & Scheduling
Ensure that the Contractor develops and maintains Project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases in full compliance with EPCC Contract requirements.
Oversee EPCC Contractor's performance of critical path analysis, float management, and schedule optimization to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Coordinate with discipline leads and contractors to ensure alignment of detailed schedules with the overall project timeline.
Lead the development of baseline schedules, including resource loading.
Monitor progress against baseline and forecast schedules, identifying delays and recommending recovery plans.
Implement and manage planning tools and ensure consistent use across all stakeholders.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Track and report physical progress, earned value, and schedule performance.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management and stakeholders.
Coordinate with contractors to review and validate monthly progress reports and updates.
Support the preparation of Steering Committee presentations, highlighting key risks, achievements, and deviations.
Maintain accurate and auditable records of planning data, progress curves, and performance trends.
Cost & Resource Planning
Ensure EPCC Contractor develops resource histograms, manpower plans, and productivity tracking.
Assist in forecasting cost impacts of schedule changes and delays.
Provide input for budget planning, cash flow projections, and cost control
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline).
Professional certification in project management or controls (e.g., PMP, CCP) is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls within major projects, preferably in fertilizer or petrochemical plants.
Proven expertise in planning and coordinating integrated activities for onshore field equipment.
At least 3-5 years of experience on large-scale projects (EPCC or similar).
Skills & Competencies:
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with project control software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) is an advantage.
