This position is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for coffee and hospitality.

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.

Greet and interact with guest in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu.

Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.

Ensure consistency in drink preparation by following recipes and quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, workstations, and seating areas.

Stock and replenish coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies as needed.

Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

Assist with additional tasks as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a barista is preferred. Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso drinks is a plus. Strong guest service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously. Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player. Ability to stand for long periods and lift items such as milk jugs and coffee bean bags. Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
