Experience: 3–4 Years Role Overview We are looking for a Crowd Strike Professional Services Engineer with 3–4 years of cybersecurityexperience and hands-on exposure to the Crowd Strike Falcon platform. The candidate will supportcustomer implementations, endpoint onboarding, Falcon configuration, security policy tuning,troubleshooting, and integration with existing security environments. Key Responsibilities• Deploy and configure Crowd Strike Falcon across customer environments.• Perform endpoint/sensor onboarding for Windows and Linux systems.• Configure Falcon security policies, prevention controls, exclusions, and detection settings.• Monitor and investigate endpoint security alerts and assist with incident response activities.• Support implementation and optimization of EDR/XDR capabilities.• Troubleshoot Crowd Strike sensor installation, connectivity, policy, and operational issues.• Assist with integration of Crowd Strike with SIEM, SOAR, and other security platforms.• Support customer implementation, migration, upgrade, and optimization projects.• Develop technical documentation and implementation procedures.• Work with SOC, security, infrastructure, and customer teams to resolve technical issues.• Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to customers.
