Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Atlassian Consultant located in Doha, Qatar. The Atlassian Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Atlassian tools to meet client requirements. The role includes conducting client workshops, understanding their business needs, and providing training and support for effective tool adoption. The consultant will also be tasked with troubleshooting, optimizing workflows, and maintaining system functionality in alignment with industry best practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Bigpicture Experience in customizing workflows, configurations, and integrations within Atlassian tools Strong skills in consulting, problem-solving, and requirements gathering Ability to conduct training sessions and provide user support on Atlassian tools Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles Excellent communication, team collaboration, and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Atlassian certifications and prior experience in enterprise environments are a plus
