Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Icon MEDIA in Doha, Qatar. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, and scheduling appointments. The role also involves assisting with executive administrative tasks and utilizing clerical skills to ensure smooth office operations.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
