Position Title: Channel Sales Manager – Audio Visual

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager with 5-10 years of experience in the audio-visual industry to join our team. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for selling through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources. This role requires a deep understanding of the audio-visual industry, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both partners and end users.
Essential Functions (Includes duties & responsibilities):
- You will be responsible to manage the channel sales for Qatar region, that includes recruiting new partners/ resellers and retaining and scaling the existing ones.
- Should have a minimum of 5-7 years sales experience with the knowledge of the Qatar market, the partners, and the end users.
- The person will be responsible for achieving the revenue target, profitability and developing channel strategies in the region.
- Work with the sales and presales team of the partner to make sure the Co. distribution products are specified by the partner into end user accounts.
- Proactively lead the joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
- Train and educate channel partners on our products and solutions, including features, benefits.
- Experience working with leading audio-visual brands and products.
Key Qualifications:
- Product and Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Audio- Visual technologies and technical knowledge of the current AV solutions.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in the AV-UC distribution/Integration. Extensive sales engineering experience with a track record of leveraging technology for business.
- Thinking: Demonstrated strategic thinking in business, product, and technical challenges.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with market trends and competition in the Audio-Visual conferencing space.
