Overview: As a Business Development Manager for E-Hub you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to increase revenue and market share. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, rental heavy equipment suppliers, market trends, and competitive landscape.

• Analyze industry data to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

2. Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.

• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

4. Partnership Development:

• Identify potential strategic partners, suppliers, and distributors to enhance our product offerings and market reach.

• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our business objectives and drive mutual growth.

5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

• Monitor sales performance and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.

• Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales activity, pipeline development, and revenue projections.

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on sales data and market analysis.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to equipment rental.

• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the equipment rental industry in GCC.

• Strong understanding of equipment rental market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Results-driven with a strategic mindset and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Willingness to travel as needed.
