Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary at The Promenade Amman. The Secretary will be responsible for clerical tasks, communication, company secretarial work, executive administrative assistance, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Clerical Skills and Company Secretarial Work
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for senior executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal staff, ensuring a professional and positive office environment.
- Order office supplies and ensure the office is maintained in an organized manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
