Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities
- Oversee construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring compliance with schedules and budget constraints
- Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports
- Identify potential issues or risks and implement effective solutions
- Lead and guide the construction team throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately and up to date
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Mega-Project Project within GCC in Project Controls environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and relevant regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- PMP certification is a plus
