Set up, utilize, operate and clean/properly sanitize all Spa and Wellness areas.Deliver Impeccable Service: Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible and personal care, whether it is anticipating guests’ bathrobe size or remembering their favorite locker location.Coordinate Checklists, Linen and Amenities: Ensure compliance of daily opening/closing checklists and ensuring all Spa and Wellness areas are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation. Retrieve and return linens from laundry and maintain locker room set up.Promote Collaboration: Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors and assist other associates with set-up and breakdown of their respective areas (service providers, fitness instructors etc.)
