Real Estate Representative
Location: Dubai, Business Bay
We INBS currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Representative. As a vital member of our agency, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cultivate leads to generate new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting of residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property showings and tours to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers or tenants.
- Guide clients through the negotiation process to achieve favorable terms and agreements.
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services to facilitate transactions.
- Prepare and present real estate contracts, leases, and other legal documents for client review and signature.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on market trends, new listings, and transaction progress.
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals involved in real estate transactions to ensure smooth closings.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize various marketing strategies, including online listings, social media, and networking events, to promote properties and attract clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property values.
- Proficiency in real estate software and online listing platforms.
- Enthusiasm for the real estate industry and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.
