• Preparing the Activity’s weekly updates according USAID’s Education and Youth Office’s standards through highlighting the “So What?” to capture the impact of the Activity’s work and best practices. This report is complies the Technical Teams’ weekly progress and achievement, gathered according to an agreed upon arrangement.
• Coordinating the Activity’s efforts to deliver its quarterly reports according to USAID’s standards outlining the action taken, key results, and impact of the actions implemented under each outcome. Reviewing and rewriting the submitted inputs to ensure the quality of the submitted reporting.
• Documenting the findings of the different pause and reflect sessions the team organizes as part of the activity's learning functions.
• Covering high-level functions the Pre-Service Teacher Education in Jordan Activity for its stakeholders, and documenting the opinions and feedback of the participants through statements to be used in coverage articles shared with the USAID.
• Ensuring all external-facing material produced by the activity's team are aligned with the guidelines of the USAID and IREX.
• Supporting the Pre-Service Teacher Education in Jordan Activity team members in holding capacity building workshops on the common forms of public facing writing, and providing them with insights to improve their writing and style.
• Drafting and updating the activity's communication strategy as per understanding of the roles function in terms of the overall goals of the activity.
• Preparing and compiling success stories and key highlights for the Activity’s newsletter.
