Duties
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets.
• Monitoring and auditing of samples to ensure high standards of quality.
• Ensuring samples comply with legislation and quality assurance codes
• Ensuring that all QA Tests are carried out on time and in full.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior managers on performance.
• Identify training needs and recommendations to improve customer experience.
• Keeping quality documentation up to date.
• Making sure that all QA records, data & information are available to managers
• Arranging the repair of any QA / related equipment that is malfunctioning
• Coordinating the investigation of customer complaints.
• Preparing and analyzing information for the purpose of Management Review

QUALITY CONTROL CHEMIST

Responsible for test sample by standard procedure as BSEN, ASTM, USEPA and APHA Methods, Verification of Analytical Reports by Records appropriate references
For tests conducted, Ensures that test results are recorded for each specification test , Carefully checks records according to directives , Productively and effectively reviews reports , Ensures that analytical reports comply with standards and regulations.

Duties
• Analyzes samples: performs chemical, physical, and microbiological measurements; interprets test results and assesses their compliance; forwards the results.
• Analysis of food Quality according to ISO 22000 : Cleaning, water quality maintenance, calibration, HACCP, personal hygiene, worker training, management review, allergen control, shipping and receiving, customer complaints, product testing, metal detection, vendor approval/management, traceability and recalls and others. To ensure that these programs are properly audited, the company needs to make a commitment to identifying and training a cadre of auditors.
• Engage and enforce all procedures and protocols as per SOP or Approved Changes and in accordance with internal and external requirements
• Verifies analytical reports: verifies the comprehensiveness of the tests as well as compliance of supporting documents, and ensures follow-up of abnormalities.
• Participates in investigations pertaining to non-compliances: identifies abnormalities and determines the cause; establishes corrective and preventive actions, and ensures follow-up.
• Participates in the validation process and method transfer: develops and validates analytical methods; drafts validation and transfer protocols for analytical methods; executes protocols; drafts reports; ensures the implementation of methods and follow-up.
• Performs laboratory-related activities: conducts support activities necessary for the laboratory’s operation; establishes standard operating procedures and manages standards and reagents.
• Ensure the on-going calibration, verification, and confirmation of measurement tools.
• Conduct internal audits and report results of the audit to the relevant functional groups to ensure quality management system requirements are met and corrective actions are issued where necessary.
• Perform quality assurance and quality control testing to verify product conformance.
• Maintain calibration systems, documents, and procedures.

Responsible for promote and sell company products and arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital teams.

Duties
• Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments.

• Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector. Presentations may take place in medical settings during the day, or may be conducted in the evenings at a local hotel or conference venue.

• Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff.

• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff.

• Keeping detailed records of all contacts.

• Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly plan. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager.

• Presenting company's products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals team, in arranged and regular appointments.

• Developing strategies for increasing opportunities and decreasing risks.
