Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Doha, Qatar. The Clinical Psychologist will provide individual and group psychotherapy, conduct psychological assessments, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with other wellness practitioners, and participating in case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings. The role also involves offering psychoeducation, contributing to program development, and supporting a therapeutic environment that aligns with SEED’s holistic approach to health and and wellbeing.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply diverse therapeutic modalities including EMDR.
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including assessment, interpretation, and integrated reporting.
- Experience working with a wide range of Mental Health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions.
- Capability in Clinical Supervision, including mentoring junior clinicians or interns and promoting best clinical practices.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, with relevant graduate degree (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in holistic or integrative care settings, and familiarity with evidence-based practices and ethical standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- English required, Arabic is a big plus.
