At PALFINGER MARINE Doha, we are looking for an experienced
Rope Access Technician Level 2 to join our team and support the successful execution of marine, offshore, and industrial service projects. This role combines rope access expertise with technical skills to perform inspection, maintenance, installation, and repair activities while ensuring strict compliance with IRATA standards, company procedures, and industry safety requirements.

Your Task And Responsibilities
- Perform rope access operations at height for installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance, using approved techniques and safety protocols.
- Apply technical knowledge and trade skills (mechanical, electrical, welding, instrumentation, or related fields) to support equipment installation and maintenance activities.
- Follow work instructions, permits, and procedures to complete tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to communicate technical information and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain safety, tools, and documentation standards by ensuring proper use and upkeep of equipment, adhering to safety guidelines, and completing required reports and records.

Your Qualifications
- Technical qualifications through structured training or vocational education in a relevant discipline are preferred.
- IRATA Level 2 certification with valid rope access certification.
- Minimum diploma-level education in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in a similar role.

مهامك ومسؤولياتك
- تنفيذ عمليات الوصول بالحبال في الارتفاعات لأغراض التركيب والفحص والإصلاح والصيانة، باستخدام التقنيات وبروتوكولات السلامة المعتمدة.
- تطبيق المعرفة الفنية والمهارات المهنية (الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو اللحام أو أجهزة القياس أو المجالات ذات الصلة) لدعم أنشطة تركيب المعدات وصيانتها.
- اتِّباع تعليمات العمل وتصاريح وإجراءات أداء المهام بدقة وكفاءة وبما يتوافق مع لوائح السلامة.
- التعاون بفعالية مع الفريق لتوصيل المعلومات الفنية وحل المشكلات التشغيلية.
- الحفاظ على معايير السلامة والأدوات والتوثيق من خلال ضمان الاستخدام السليم للمعدات وصيانتها، والالتزام بآداب السلامة، وإكمال التقارير والسجلات المطلوبة.

مؤهلاتك
- ُيفَضَّل الحصول على مؤهلات فنية من خلال التدريب المنظم أو التعليم المهني في تخصص ذي صلة.
- شهادة IRATA المستوى 2 مع شهادة وصول بالحبال سارية المفعول.
- مستوى تعليمي لا يقل عن شهادة الدبلوم في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قطاع النفط والغاز في دور مماثل.
