- Location: Qatar (Head Office)
- Experience Required: 3–5 years of experience in expediting, logistics, inventory management, or procurement, ideally within the oil and gas, energy, mining, or heavy industrial sector.

- Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Technical & System Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge/experience with international logistics, trade controls, freight forwarding processes, and import/export documentation is a strong advantage.
- Operational Capability: Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced offshore and onshore operational environments supporting multiple operations simultaneously.
- Key Competencies: Proactive and solution-oriented approach, high sense of accountability and urgency, strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities, and extreme attention to detail for documentation compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Expediting & Order Management
- Monitor, track, and follow up on all purchase orders (POs), shipment schedules, and delivery commitments for materials, equipment, and services.
- Communicate regularly with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to expedite critical items and resolve delays.
- Review supplier lead times, delivery performance, and logistics plans to identify risks and initiate corrective actions proactively.
- Coordinate closely with Procurement and Project teams to prioritize urgent or project-critical materials for offshore/onshore operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date expediting records, including PO status, shipment updates, and vendor correspondence within the company’s ERP system.
1. Freight Forwarding Coordination (GDI Focal Point)
- Act as the primary liaison between GDI and appointed freight forwarders for all shipment movements, ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements.
- Preliminary Invoice Review - Verify freight forwarder invoices for:
- Accuracy of PO references
- Correct rate application as per contract
- Completeness and accuracy of supporting documents
- Compliance with service delivery evidence
- Invoice Corrections Process - Return invoices requiring corrections to freight forwarders with clear comments.
- Validation - Upon verification, issue validation confirmation and authorize submission via the GDI invoicing portal.
- Monitor freight forwarder KPIs to ensure contract compliance and service quality.
- Track shipment milestones using freight forwarding tracking systems and ensure timely reporting and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) completion.
1. Logistics & Operational Support
- Support logistics planning for inbound/outbound shipments, customs clearance, packaging requirements, and delivery to various GDI locations.
- Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies such as shortages, damages, incorrect documentation, or late arrivals.
- Ensure that all logistics and expediting activities align with company policies, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations, and contractual obligations.
1. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- The Expeditor will maintain a close oversight of all delivery commitments and inbound supply chain movements, maintaining accurate dashboards widely visible across all GDI operations, to ensure delivery in accordance with contract, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Prepare periodic expediting reports detailing delivery performance, delays, risk areas, and mitigation actions for management review.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain, including process optimization, performance enhancement, and cost-saving opportunities.
1. Ethics & Compliance / Trade Controls
2. Understand and ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements. Including maintaining oversight and compliance to Trade Controls requirements.
3. Ensure that Expediting activities are conducted to a high ethical standard and communicate contract terms & implications to relevant stakeholders across the organization, to ensure transparency and accountability.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
1. تعجيل التوريدات وإدارة الطلبات
- مراقبة ومتابعة جميع أوامر الشراء (POs)، وجداول الشحن، والتزامات التسليم للمواد والمعدات والخدمات.
- التواصل بشكل منتظم مع الموردين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لتعجيل التوريد للطلبات الحرجة وحل المشكلات المسببة للتأخير.
- مراجعة مهل التسليم الخاصة بالموردين، وأداء التسليم، والخطط اللوجستية لتحديد المخاطر وبدء الإجراءات التصحيحية بشكل استباقي.
- التنسيق عن كثب مع فريقي المشتريات والمشاريع لإعطاء الأولوية للمواد العاجلة أو الحرجة للمشاريع الخاصة بالعمليات البحرية/البرية.

- الاعتماد - عند التحقق، إصدار تأكيد الاعتماد والمصادقة على التقديم عبر بوابة الفواتير الخاصة بـ GDI.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لوكلاء الشحن لضمان الامتثال للعقد وجودة الخدمة.
- تتبع مراحل الشحن باستخدام أنظمة تتبع الشحن وضمان إعداد التقارير في الوقت المناسب وإكمال مذكرة استلام البضائع (GRN).
1. الدعم اللوجستي والتشغيلي
- دعم التخطيط اللوجستي للشحنات الواردة/الصادرة، والتخليص الجمركي، ومتطلبات التغليف، والتسليم إلى مواقع GDI المختلفة.
- المساعدة في حل تباينات التسليم مثل النقص، أو الأضرار، أو التوثيق غير الصحيح، أو الوصول المتأخر.
- ضمان توافق جميع أنشطة اللوجستيات وتعجيل التوريدات مع سياسات الشركة، ولوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، والالتزامات التعاقدية.
1. التقارير والتحسين المستمر
- سيقوم أخصائي تعجيل التوريدات بالإشراف الدقيق على جميع التزامات التسليم وتحركات سلسلة الإمداد الواردة، مع الحفاظ على لوحات معلومات دقيقة ومتاحة بوضوح عبر جميع عمليات GDI، لضمان التسليم وفقًا للعقد والجدول الزمني ومتطلبات الجودة.
- إعداد تقارير دورية لتسريع التوريدات تفصّل أداء التسليم والتأخيرات ومجالات المخاطر وإجراءات التخفيف لمراجعتها من قبل الإدارة.
- المساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن سلسلة الإمداد، بما في ذلك تحسين العمليات وتعزيز الأداء وفرص توفير التكاليف.
