The Physical Therapy Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the daily operations of Physical Therapy services, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, patient-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role provides clinical and operational leadership to a team of physiotherapists and support staff, overseeing workforce planning, service delivery, quality improvement, and professional development initiatives. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, the Supervisor supports evidence-based practice, optimizes patient outcomes, ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, and contributes to strategic service planning and innovation. The post holder leads within a specialist clinical area and serves as a clinical resource and mentor, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, continuous learning, and high-quality patient care.

مشرف العلاج الطبيعي مسؤول عن قيادة وتنسيق العمليات اليومية لخدمات العلاج الطبيعي، وضمان تقديم رعاية آمنة وفعالة ومحورية حول المريض في أقسام المرضى الداخليين والعيادات الخارجية. ويوفر هذا الدور القيادة السريرية والتشغيلية لفريق من أخصائيي العلاج الطبيعي وكوادر الدعم، مع الإشراف على تخطيط القوى العاملة، وتقديم الخدمات، وتحسين الجودة، ومبادرات التطوير المهني. ومن خلال العمل التعاوني مع فرق متعددة التخصصات، يدعم المشرف الممارسة القائمة على الأدلة، ويحسن نتائج المرضى، ويضمن الالتزام بالسياسات التنظيمية والمعايير الرقابية، ويسهم في التخطيط الاستراتيجي للخدمات والابتكار. يتولى شاغل الوظيفة القيادة ضمن مجال سريري متخصص ويعمل كمرجع سريري وموجه، مما يعزز ثقافة التميز والمساءلة والتعلم المستمر والرعاية الصحية عالية الجودة للمرضى.
