Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Introduce and explain products/services to customers. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Prepare quotations and coordinate with the relevant internal teams. Maintain customer records and update sales activities in the system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Follow up on sales leads and ensure proper customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Sales is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good English communication skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic computer and MS Office skills. Ability to handle rejection and work under sales pressure. Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred.

المؤهلات المطلوبة للمرشح
يُفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المبيعات عبر الهاتف، أو التسويق عبر الهاتف، أو المبيعات. مهارات تواصل ومهارات شخصية ممتازة. مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية. قدرات قوية على الإقناع والتفاوض. التركيز على تحقيق الأهداف والتمتع بالتحفيز الذاتي. مهارات أساسية في استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج MS Office. القدرة على التعامل مع الرفض والعمل تحت ضغط المبيعات. تعتبر الخبرة في قطر/دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ميزة إضافية. يُفضل القادرون على الانضمام فوراً.
